Booking Policy

The Services booked are exclusive of parts, servicing and repairs will be assessed on drop off. We will then send you a breakdown before any work is completed detailing the cost and timeline of when the repair will be finished. Once the repair is finished, we will email or SMS to inform you. There may be delays in the completion of the repair due to parts having to be ordered.

 

Deposits

There is a non-refundable deposit to secure your service or repair time slot of £5 this will be taken at checkout when finishing your reservation. Depending on the parts required to finish your repair if any are needed. A secondary deposit covering these parts may be requested. We will inform you if this is needed and how to make payment when we send over the service / Repair breakdown

 

Collection

Once the bike is repaired, you will be notified on receipt of this message. You will have 2 days to collect your bike. After 2 days have elapsed there will be a storage fee of £5 a day. (We have very limited storage space, so it is very important bikes are collected as soon as possible)

 

Parts

Small parts and dispensable such as derailleurs, shifters, cables, cranks, etc will be disposed of or recycled where possible. Large parts such as frames, forks and wheels will be returned on collection of the bike.

 

Warranty

Bikes will wear and tear in use, so it is very hard to guarantee work. If the bike has been serviced and still has problems or niggles. Please get in contact we will be happy to investigate this and resolve the problem.
